Russia’s Rosbank Starts Offering Cross-Border Crypto Payments
Rosbank, one of Russia’s largest banks, is set to become the first major bank to offer cross-border transactions in cryptocurrency despite the country’s strict restrictions. The bank has collaborated with Russian fintech service B-Crypto to offer a technical solution for customers to participate in cross-border digital currency transactions. This process involves arranging with foreign suppliers and indicating the wallet from which it will pay before issuing an invoice that includes the amount due and transaction details.

Japanese regulators have issued a warning against artificial intelligence research company OpenAI over its plans to collect personal data from Japanese citizens without their consent or knowledge for use in its AI models.
